Cookbook 'La Cucina d'Abruzzo'

With a team of people we made a cookbook for Terra Lannoo about the world of Mondo Mediterraneo, a caterer in Amsterdam. We went to their place of birth in Abruzzo and collected their family recipes. We merged these with the more urban recipes they make for their guests.
